On April 1st, Foozo will reach a major milestone in its development by inaugurating its very first restaurant at the House of Biohealth. Known for its smart fridges distributed across Luxembourg, the brand is now embarking on a new culinary adventure with an innovative and welcoming concept. This new restaurant will enhance the food offering on-site, providing a friendly alternative to quick meals while maintaining the quality and convenience that have made Foozo a household name.

A Bistro-Inspired Concept

From the very first day, the Foozo restaurant will offer a warm and inviting experience, inspired by Parisian bistros. With comfortable seating and a cozy ambiance, the space has been carefully designed to provide a relaxing setting for workers at the House of Biohealth, whether they are stopping by for a lunch break or a delicious breakfast.

The goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can feel at ease—whether enjoying a quiet moment alone or sharing a meal with colleagues. The design and layout choices reflect this vision, featuring wooden furniture, soft lighting, and an optimized setup to encourage comfort and conversation.

Chef Alexandre Beck, alongside Agathe Piotrowska in the dining area, is committed to providing seamless and friendly service. “We wanted to create a place where people can truly enjoy healthy, delicious meals while feeling welcomed in a warm atmosphere,” says Alexandre Beck. Every ingredient will be carefully selected to ensure freshness and flavor, with each dish crafted to promote a balanced yet indulgent dining experience.

A Seasonal and Evolving Menu

The restaurant will feature a seasonal menu, updated regularly. From breakfast to lunch, including homemade snacks, every dish will be made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The idea is to provide a constantly evolving culinary experience, adapting recipes based on seasonal availability. Whenever possible, local and organic products will be prioritized, ensuring delicious meals while supporting regional producers.

In the morning, customers can enjoy a classic French breakfast with crispy croissants or opt for a healthier choice, such as fresh yogurt, muesli, and freshly orange juice. A variety of vitamin-packed smoothies and natural drinks from Grosbusch will complete this morning ritual.

For lunch, Foozo will offer a diverse selection to satisfy all cravings:

A 100% Digital Experience

In line with Foozo’s 60 connected fridges, located throughout Luxembourg, the restaurant will implement a fully digital payment system. Customers will be able to pay using Visa, Sodexo, and other bank cards, eliminating the need for cash transactions.

This system ensures smooth and efficient service, eliminating delays related to handling cash. It also aligns with Foozo’s broader digital strategy, aimed at simplifying the customer experience and streamlining payment management.

Inside the restaurant, customers will also have access to a smart fridge, offering an alternative to dine-in meals. This self-service option allows visitors to grab a fresh salad or takeaway meal while maintaining the same high quality as the restaurant’s regular menu.

Custom Catering for Businesses

In addition to its restaurant service, Foozo will launch a tailored catering offer for businesses and institutions within the House of Biohealth. Companies will be able to order:
